Simple Supper Tonight

I do not feel like cooking tonight. So, I am going to take a can of roasted beef with broth, add some cream of mushroom soup to it, and then make some "dandruff in a box" which is what my son calls instant mashed potatoes. I have a refrigerator full of salad fixings and other produce. Yesterday I had a bag of iceberg salad mix and ate it without any dressing. I am tired of dressing. Mostly all I use is Ranch. I use that for dipping veggies in. So, I just put a touch of salt on the greens and ate them with my fingers. That was lunch yesterday. I might have that later tonight for a bedtime snack. Or I might just wash a stalk of Romaine lettuce and eat it plain. I have been craving plain lettuce for awhile. What did you have for supper tonight?
