13 April - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good afternoon from sunny, warm Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. We're still at 64 F from my last post a few minutes ago.
It's been a good day with much to be thankful about. I need to get a birthday card delivered upstairs as soon as I post this.
I'm thankful I got up when I did this morning. Though I only had 4 hours of sleep. I went to bed at ten but was still awake at midnight. That rarely happens. I blame it on getting up late yesterday morning.
I'm thankful I got the laundry done when I got up this morning. I had it in the washer by 4:15 and out of the dryer before 6 and put away.
I'm thankful I got all the notifications done three times today. It's wonderful spending time with you in your world.
I'm thankful my friend invited me to the ballet a couple of weeks ago. It was wonderful!
I'm thankful I have all my steps. I'll get more now when I deliver the birthday card.
I'm also thankful for the work I did on Wilderness Cry before I left for the ballet. This time the characters wrote it, so it's going well.

I slept a full 8 hours and feel refreshed. Got lots to do on here today. Almost done. It is lovely out and 81 degrees.

I woke sick but still met up with people buying two sets of patio furniture, a nice leather couch and a few other things. I was grateful since the move is getting very close and my son's house was so full last week. It's now looking like less to have to haul six hours away. Thankful God has been answering my prayers with "I have you." It pops into my mind every time so I know all will be OK.

I'm thankful for the spring weather we've been getting lately. I love it. I'm thankful to see George trying to bend down and move. I wish he would take a shower, but he asked me for hotdogs for dinner. So, I'll take it. He wants me to wait until "later" but I have to give him food closer to when he takes his pill. So, I can wait about 30 more minutes.

I am thankful that I was able to complete a survey to receive my payment for today as well as the weather being nice and my computer service being restored since yesterday after the tornado passed through on Wednesday morning.

I hope that your Sunday is going well too.
Quite an occupied and hectic day.
4 hours of sleep is simply not enough.
May be you can take some good rest afterwards.

That is a very pretty bouquet.
You had a busy and productive day.
I did also.
I did a big grocery shop today and then treated myself to a new outfit, did some baking this afternoon, even got a 20 minute nap in before we began making supper together.
I am thankful for the relaxation that I enjoyed today, even when I am busy it is relaxing at times.

I'm feeling awful; and I did not hear from my husband last night. Soooo, I'm thankful that I'm above ground. My mood will improve when I start feeling better in the next few days! lolololol
