I was going to do a Frugal Food post for this, but I didn't feel like doing all the math. Although I do promise you that it was cheaper than ten bucks for the whole meal. I cooked up some Steak'Ums in butter and steak seasoning and chopped them up, then rolled them up in Pillsbury crescent rolls with some shredded cheese, brushed garlic bread butter seasoning mix on top and baked them till golden brown. Also made cheesey garlic mashed potatoes and baked beans to go with it. Nope, there isn't a veggie in sight. But since this is the first meal I've been able to cook cook in MONTHS. I figured no veggies were okay. And technically aren't beans a veggie, or legume...or something. So there, so don't come after me for not having a veggie. I know there wasn't one, you know there wasn't one. More than that, I'm not worried about it- so you shouldn't be either. So that's what we had here. What was on the dinner table at your house?
