I remained stuck in a room when no one was home

Did this happen to you? I had a scary experience on Friday. I was home alone. My dad removed the doorknob because of my cats. The cats open the door at night and they make noise. So he had to remove the doorknob. I entered that room without my phone to feed the cats. The door closed because of the wind. And the doorknob fell outside of that room. I remained stuck in that room for hours. I didn't have the phone with me. My father went to the countryside, my mom was at work. I have an anxiety disorder and I panicked a lot even if I was in my own home. In that room, I didn't have food. After staying there for hours, after asking for help from my neighbors, and after having a lot of panic attacks I broke the glass door. Now I have to pay for it. It was a terrifying experience and it's a learned lesson. When you need help no one helps you. No neighbor appeared while I was at my window asking for help. I live on the third floor. I was so panicked that I was thinking of jumping. But I calmed down for seconds. I prayed that God would help me, but He didn't. At least I asked for peace and I didn't have any peace. I was extremely panicked. I learned that I am not safe even in my own home. I was lucky not to cut myself with all that glass. My cats tried to help me, but they couldn't. They were terrified after I broke the glass. One cat was outside the room and he meowed, he tried to open the door. Maybe it's not such a big deal for others, but seeing myself stuck without my phone, without food, knowing that I have some health issues and no one can help was terrifying. At least I didn't have a spasmophilia crisis. I have them in stressful situations. If I had one no one could help me. I am sorry for venting. Now I am afraid to enter that room. And I have to move there because in my room it's very hot.

I am very sorry. I had your same experience. When I was very young. my brother (stupid prank) closed me inside a room, mom was not at home, I panicked and I also break the glass to get out. I hurt my hand and was bleeding when Mom came back home.
