Are you constantly plugged in?

One expert say one issue people will regret later in life is being constantly plugged in especially to the digital space. With an average person consuming about 10 hours daily of digital space, especially the social media , it has become critical to get unplugged and reconnect with the real world around us so that we dont regret later in life.

I am cutting way back on my computer time (myLot is the most social media I consume) I don't believe in other social media like Facebook and Twitter. I think we should all find things to do besides be on our computers and especially avoid our phones. I am good at avoiding my phone.

@ogbenishyna Yes, there is a whole life out there that we could live instead of having our faces buried in a screen. it is kind of sad in the 21st century how so many people are so involved in their computers. what would happen if there was a world outage of the internet and of cell phones and the world would have to read a paper book and use a paper map?

It is critical I agree. People have forgotten how to enjoy life without being plugged in.
