Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 68 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is beautiful out there! 
Today was a half day at work so I was out of there by 11:30. I rushed back here to the apartment because I had an hour of tutoring starting at noon. I picked it up just this morning and was lucky that the student is available this afternoon because I can't do it any other day this week. I have 4 hours scheduled total this week. That's an extra $177. I'll take it!
When I'm finished tutoring I have some kitchen projects to get going. I made salsa chicken in the Instant Pot a couple of days ago and I'm going to use it to make enchiladas and tamales for the freezer. Why not?
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

I'm just chillin. I am posting on here of course. George and I just watched two hours of t.v. He wants to bring in the sunshine. Not sure what that's supposed to mean.

I´ll be in the kitchen when it gets warmer. I want to cook for tomorrow so that I can be with Anita when she comes. I should cook some rice too. I love to have some cooked rice around to have a side that can be heated in the microwave oven.

I'm still just getting over this lousy cold and bronchitis. I feel much better. I should be able to visit my husband next week. Congrats on the tutoring hours. Have a good day.
