There´s nothing good on TV. News are terrible as usual So I´m reading and waiting for Anita to arrive.
I remembered that I had bought fresh spinach so I´ll try to persuade Anita to make crepes. I would then make some spinach crepes, one of my favorite foods.
I think that now I´ll get up to get a piece of cake while I wait for her. She will arrive in over an hour. Every day she come a little bit later and I don´t mind so much as she does well her work.
After I get my cake, I´ll come to read your posts. See you.

I cook spinach in a small amount of water and then squeeze the extra water. Then I cut them, squeeze them again and place them in a skillet with salt, cream and Prmesan cheese. I fill the crepes with that and cover it with either tomato sauce or mushroom sauce as I will do today.

I persuaded Anita to help me with them. I will make some mushroom sauce to pour over them.

@marguicha I had bought filo dough to prepare a Greek pastry and I had several sheets left.
I used spinach and feta cheese and I made spanakopita triangles. My husband really liked.

I try to steer away from the news as there's nothing but shootings, conflict, etc. Finding the report on something good is rare.

I love spinach so anything with spinach I know is delicious, I hope you had a good day. You know I usually spend the evening watching some DVDs like the series I love ER or watching old movies on video, When I cannot decide what to watch I will look for things on YouTube. Sometimes I enjoy watching old game shows, I notice something I loved the old Let's Make a Deal with Monty Hall and now though I would try the latest shows, It surprised me to compare that people in the old days seemed so genuine and nice and these days all the contestants are just plain strange and odd,
