Cry Baby!

Alex, our black cat, has been crying lately. He looks so cute and so pitiful that we feel sorry for him. I think he has spring fever and wants to go outside. He does not understand the dangers of coyotes, alligators, cars, and people doing crazy things out there. Izzy, the tortoise cat, teases Alex. She will sit on the toy he wants to play with or run to his favorite spot to watch the world so he can't use it. I hope our crybaby feels happier soon. Do you have pets that tease each other? Do they get into moods you don't understand. I am trying to get a photo up but Google won't cooperate. They say they are working on it but the program is not responding.

@akalinus We have two. cats.They are not our pets.One day they strayed into our house weak and hungry.My sister took pity on them;and fed them.Since then they are here.Now have got stronger and self confident.Sometimes they silently move out of the house;especially when my sister or someone else is not around.

I remember when you posted about your sister feeding the cats. I am glad the cats are healthy and happy now.

@akalinus Now they are fit and very active.They often move out where there are some street dogs.My sister looks after them;but she can't be with them all the time.

Sounds like Chilly. When he wants to be near us, he'll meow his head off at us. He likes to be where we are.

That is what my cats do. Either they are all over me or ignore me completely. They often are swiping at each other, I know they are mostly playing.

Poor Alex, I hope he will be happy again soon. The cat of my neighbors and my cat tease each other all the time.

He has the most pitiful cry with breathing sounds thrown in for good measure. He is as dramatic as a teenager looking for attention.

I have a black cat too! But mine is an only cat. My cat isn't too noisy. when he was a kitten he would wait until I was sleeping and go in another part of the house and meow really loud. It would scare me and I would have to get out of my bed and go find him to see if he was okay, Now he sleeps through the night!
