Day 91 – Glory of JEHOVAH Exodus 40:1 Then JEHOVAH spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “On the first day of the first month you will set up the tabernacle of the tent of meeting. 3 You will put in it the ark of the Testimony, and partition off the ark with the veil. 4 You will bring in the table and arrange the things to be set in order on it; and you will bring in the lampstand and light its lamps. 5 You will also set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the Testimony and put up the screen for the door of the tabernacle. 6 Then you will set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting. 7 You will set the laver between the tabernacle of meeting and the altar and put water in it. 8 You will set up the court all around and hang up the screen at the court gate. 9 You will take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle and everything in it; and you will hallow it and its utensils, and it will be holy. 10 You will anoint the altar of the burnt offering and its utensils and consecrate the altar. The altar will be most holy. 11 You will anoint the laver and its base and consecrate it. 12 Then you will bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the tabernacle of meeting and wash them with water. 13 You will put the holy garments on Aaron, and anoint him and consecrate him, that he may minister to Me as priest. 14 You will bring his sons and clothe them with tunics. 15 You will anoint them, as you anointed their father, that they may minister to Me as priests; for their anointing will surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.” 16 Thus Moses did; according to all that JEHOVAH had commanded him, so he did. 17 It happened in the first month of the second year, on the first day of the month, that the tabernacle was raised up. 18 So Moses raised up the tabernacle, fastened its sockets, set up its boards, put in its bars, and raised up its pillars. 19 He spread out the tent over the tabernacle and put the covering of the tent on top of it, as JEHOVAH had commanded Moses. 20 He took the Testimony and put it into the ark, inserted the poles through the rings of the ark, and put the mercy seat on top of the ark. 21 He brought the ark into the tabernacle, hung up the veil of the covering, and partitioned off the ark of the Testimony, as JEHOVAH had commanded Moses. 22 He put the table in the tabernacle of meeting, on the north side of the tabernacle, outside the veil; 23 and he set the bread in order upon it before JEHOVAH, as JEHOVAH had commanded Moses. 24 He put the lampstand in the tabernacle of meeting, across from the table, on the south side of the tabernacle; 25 and lit the lamps before JEHOVAH, as JEHOVAH had commanded Moses. 26 He put the gold altar in the tabernacle of meeting in front of the veil; 27 and burned sweet incense on it, as JEHOVAH had commanded Moses. 28 He hung up the screen at the door of the tabernacle. 29 He put the altar of burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting and offered upon it the burnt offering and the grain offering, as JEHOVAH had commanded Moses. 30 He set the laver between the tabernacle of meeting and the altar and put water there for washing; 31 and Moses, Aaron, and his sons would wash their hands and their feet with water from it. 32 Whenever they went into the tabernacle of meeting, and when they came near the altar, they washed, as JEHOVAH had commanded Moses. 33 He raised up the court around the tabernacle and the altar and hung up the screen of the court gate. So, Moses finished the work. 34 Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of JEHOVAH filled the tabernacle. 35 Moses was unable to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of JEHOVAH filled the tabernacle. 36 Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys. 37 But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey till the day it was taken up. 38 For the cloud of JEHOVAH was above the tabernacle by day, and fire was over it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout their journeys. God’s name: JEHOVAH – Self-existent, Eternal Yeshuwa – Jesus Theos – Mighty God – Greek Ruwach – Holy Spirit, Breath God’s character: Instructor Lord - Master When people follow instructions to the letter, the project becomes wonderful to everyone who took part in the project and those who benefit from it. The person who proposed the project receives accolades for the success of the project. When Moses set up the tabernacle according to everything JEHOVAH told him, JEHOVAH gave His stamp of approval in the glory cloud that filled the tabernacle. Matthew Henry refers to the glory cloud as the Shechinah glory, or the Divine Eternal Word not yet made flesh in his commentary on the cloud that appeared when Moses dedicated the tabernacle. The same cloud appeared when Solomon dedicated the temple in Jerusalem. 1 Kings 8:10 It happened, when the priests came out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of JEHOVAH, 11 so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of JEHOVAH filled the house of JEHOVAH. When you accepted Yeshuwa as Savior and Lord, He filled you with His presence and lives in you. When you obey Him and do as He instructed, people see His glory in your life. Not only does Yeshuwa live in you, but also the full godhead. Colossians 2:9 For in Him dwells the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head over all principality and power. You then are the temple of the Holy Spirit because the Godhead lives in you. 1 Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you are the temple of Theos and that the Ruwach of Theos dwells in you? 17 If anyone defiles the temple of Theos, Theos will destroy him. For the temple of Theos is holy, which temple you are. So then, since you are the temple of the Holy Spirit, and the Godhead lives in you, you should live boldly for Jesus Christ. Let’s pray: Father, thank you for Your Word which lives in me. Give me boldness to live my life in full obedience to You so people will see Your glory in my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. Obedience to God, and following his instructions to the letter, is the best way to live our lives, and yet God wants us to consciously make these decisions, not to just follow him blindly, but to understand the truth behind the thinking of following God, with our heart in place, loving him too, at the same time. God wants feeling, aware followers, not robots, and automatons.

True, and you can't know Him if you don't study His Word. Have a blessed day.

@just4him Yes, God's word should be behind our every thought, and action, and it only takes that position in our lives, when we place it there by earnest study of his word.
