I had a lot of fun at Dixie´s although I´m glad that I had a late lunch here. Dixie was in no shape to cook and just had an awesome first dish of seafood. She was thinking about asking for some food when Andrés said that he´d make pasta. Fortunatly is was only part of the family. We all squeezed in the kitchen while Andrés poured flour and other ingredients, kneaded, passed it through the pasta making machine while Humberto helped him and Carla (another of Dixie´s daughters) took pictures and videos. That (and the 2 sauces he made) took a lot time. Humberto had opened a bottle of wonderful wine to add to the tomato sauce and Carla and I decided to finish it. When I was about to get drunk I told Humberto that I desperatly needed something to eat. He found some chestnuts and between Carla, her 2 boys and I ate them all. The cake was delicious and Humberto and Dixie took me home. I went to sleep immediatly and here I am now.
