Cold Today / myLot

It will not get out of the forties. And we have a freeze warning for tonight. The weekend is supposed to be like this. At least it's sunny and dry. The daughters birthday was Thursday. We are taking her and her girlfriend to lunch this afternoon. I have her present in the truck so I won't forget it. Hubby has something to return and I do too so we will be leaving early. We are going to the Chinese buffet. After we get home it will just be a relaxed day. Hope you have a good one.

That sounds like a nice day. I hope your daughter had a good birthday and glad you got to spend time with her. We had a freeze here last night, too. Tuesday it hit 80, Wednesday it was 74. Last night it was 29. Weird, weird weather!

@wolfgirl569 Yes, we have seen snow in May many times. Always in April. And I have seen flakes come down in late September, too. We just never know, the weather does what it wants to do!

We will have the same weather here too & trying to get stuff done with the weather like it is isn't easy for us when we can't stand the cold.

I sometimes put things in the car so I can't forget them. It's a good idea. At least I think so. Or I might put them by the door so we have to fall over them to get out! lol
