Am still stuffy; and there's still some crap in my lungs; but it's going away. Thank you for your concern.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Fish, rice, 2 servings of mixed veggies
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich
What did you eat yesterday?

I ate at the Chuy’s across the river because I had to pick some stuff up from my brother to take to my niece. They gave me enough for two meals, so it was chicken taco salad for lunch and dinner. And pears!

I had my cheesy meatloaf left over so I made some angel hair pasta, cut up the meatloaf in pieces, put over the pasta, added pizza sauce and topped with pieces of American cheese and baked until the cheese melted and had a spaghetti casserole,

Looks good. I hope the congestion clears up soon.
I had Fiber One and a banana for breakfast, almond butter, and sugar free raspberry jam sandwich for lunch with strawberries, and leftovers for supper - ground turkey with gluten-free pasta, Alfredo sauce, and shredded cheese. I went a bit overboard with Dark Chocolate, but the scale showed a two-pound loss this morning. I'll take it!
