Things change. But finally I had the chicken boiling with oregano and some green pieces of bunch onions. And I washed almost all the pots and dishes I had in the sink. I was going to eat a chicken thigh with some leftover mayo but it was the mayo I made for the coleslaw and it had mustard. I did not want that. So I put the thigh back in the pot and brought a mug. I filled it with broth and was perfectly happy drinking it while I held it with my 2 hands. A mug with broth is better than a hot water bottle. Now I´m ready for a nap. I called Anita and changed her day. Dixie and Humberto are coming with part of their family and friends on Tuesday night. Humberto told me I did not have to do anything but lend them my house. But I asked Anita to come on Monday so that everything would be cleaner. And I will fix the dining room table so it is bigger. I will also make a couple of appetizers (maybe some hummus) because Humberto will bring meat for a barbecue and that takes time. See you later, friends.
