Saint movie with Val Kilmer that i feel connected to:)

Yes, 1997 movie. I watched it a couple of times. Recently, i saw it on telly but only watched it until the middle. it was too late for me to watch till the end. What to say?I feel some connection to this movie. it is not a grand plot. is it val kilmer who was that pretty there, his endless identities that were all of the names of the saints or that Croatian actor Rade Serbedija played there? It was basically a spy movie, with some romantic elements and about political and half climate changes. People in Russia were freezing and a Russian politician, played by Serbedija wanted to sell a secret formula to make money and to get rich on expense of poor Russian people. He decides to hire Val Kilmer but realises his son saw him on one occassion so play of cat and mouse is happening and Kilmer decides he can't trick the good American doctor of science in England, i think, who found the formula but has problems with her heart. Reminds me of Mission Impossible movie and i was a young teenager when i saw it, so amazed. It still brings me back to those times. Do you feel connected to some movies?
