Anyone have an idea of what to do with Pork Steaks? I bought them to make a German dish, but don't want to buy wine, so now I am stuck with the steaks.

I just season and cook meat. Then I mix it or put it with a side dish.

We cook them the same as chops or beef steak - mostly fried or cooked in the oven then served with whatever vegetables we have.

My husband used to put a can of cream of mushroom soup, some water and maybe I might add some Worcestershire Sauce and cook until they are fork tender. YUM! Have a good week.

I just fix them on the stove and they taste really good.
