Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
As usual, I don't know what to really share about. Not a whole lot to report.
It was a productive day, I guess you could say. We got the rent; and all but one of our bills are paid. We have till the 10th to pay the electric bill.
We went to Wal-mart and I got some pre-natal vitamins so I can start taking those. We also looked at some baby stuff to get some ideas on prices. Been 10+ years since we bought a lot of the stuff for the first time.
I know I have been sharing a lot about this subject lately, but I am just excited - if it can happen. I am trying not to get too excited just yet because I don't want to be let down if I can't have more kids. But I hope I can have at least one more.
So I guess as part of my health journey I have been sharing, this is now part of it too. Will share updates as I can, and hopefully in the next couple months I can share good news.
Things that need to be done:
1 - ask about my medications. I know 2 of them I definitely can't take during those 9 months
2 - take my vitamins daily
3 - drink more water, less caffeine (since I know I need to cut it out once it happens)
4. Eat a lot more protein
5. - start saving money
Anything else to add to the list?

Just don't want to get my hopes up. Thank you, I hope it does too. Although I should have not waited so long in between having kids. Think Eli having a sibling when he was smaller would have been a great thing for him. But hopefully in a year or so he can be a big brother.

Have you seen a doctor recently? Might be worth an appointment with your PCP to see what else you should do. Good luck! Love the art piece.

I don't go to that doctor but once a year now for a "wellness" exam. Hate those. Plus he thinks I should not have more kids, so he would not be the person to go to. I see the OB whatever they are called in less than 2 weeks to have my implant removed, can see what they say. Then see my endocrinologist in a couple weeks.

@LindaOHio Well I see someone in a week and half to get my implant out. Not sure since my doctor there left who I will even see. I know I can't be on certain meds though

I appreciate the good thoughts. Just hope waiting 10 years wasn't a bad decision.

I am also getting excited with you. Reminds me of the time when we decided to start our family. It was twenty one years ago. We would be all excited and making note of things that has to be done

Aww, I appreciate that! It is an exciting time, although the waiting part is no fun lol! At least waiting to get pregnant, and finding out if I am, and then the waiting to find out the gender. Glad you got to experience that too.

There's a lot to be done in regards to another baby, but I'm confident we can get it all taken care of as it comes up...and I'll be as thrilled as you.

Yes that is true, and got to figure out how to arrange this place to make room with only having 2 bedrooms lol. but I am glad you will!
