Midnight Meatloaf Sammich.

I finally broke down and decided that I would rather eat something now, then decide in three hours that I was hungry and try to figure something out then.
So I went and dug through the fridge and decided that the meatloaf leftovers that had been in the fridge a couple of days needed to either be eaten tonight, or given to the dog tomorrow. So I heated up a hunk of meatloaf for a minute threw a piece of cheese on it and microwaved it again for another thirty seconds and then threw it on a hamburger bun with some ketchup.
Not really gourmet here, but it'll keep me full till the morning and its pretty delicious if I do say so myself.

@thislittlepennyearns We have Timtams here but I haven't heard of Jammie Dodgers. I used to love Timtams. Still do really but I don't buy them any more.

What kind of biscuit? I've watched enough Doctor Who to speak the lingo. LOL.
Do they have Tim Tam and Jammie Dodgers in Australia? I don't wanna assume- but I have always been under the impression that you and UK food are similar? But correct me if I am wrong....lol

A meatloaf sandwich sounds amazing. I love meatloaf. Since it is morning right now, the last thing I ate was a bowl of cereal.

I had a sandwich of cucumber, lettuce and tomato for my breakfast. It's 1:45 afternoon and I am hungry for lunch. It's a bit late. I am waiting for my husband to join me. He is busy doing some personal finance work on laptop and does not like to be disturbed.
