One of those days.

I got my weekly bath and hair wash like I planned. Got George's second tube feed in on time and wound up closing my eyes for a while. The bath and hair wash took a lot more energy this week then I thought so I wound up lying on the couch for a while. It's put me behind here, but I'm sure I'll catch up. The race is going to be a long one, taking us well into the night. It would've ended by now, but there was a rain delay. Oh well.

I love to relax in the bath tub, but I often feel the need to rest once I have finished.

It's always nice to take some rest time for yourself after a long day of doing things for the day.

@kaylachan I know if I don't get some time to myself things don't go right & I get unbearable to talk to.

I know what you mean. I remember when I was in my 50s I took a shower every day, those days are long gone and now I'm lucky if I have the energy for one a week. Gettin old changes everything.

I'm always exhausted after I shower and dress. It usually takes me 1-1/2 hours from start to finish. I hope you have a good week.
