Hello, haven't seen you!
for breakfast, I had cottage cheese and yogurt. Then a gigantic cranberry orange muffin my sister brought me.
Snack Butterscotch bars my sister made me and cut into small pieces by my sister
I didn't have time for lunch so I had lunch and dinner at the same time
My lunch dinner was an Olive Garden pasta with cheese and sauce
I don't eat after dinner so nothing more.
Have a great day!

@LindaOHio I have cottage cheese every day for breakfast!
I think it depends on the brand. I do not like the taste of name-brand cottage cheese at all. However, Great Value brand cottage cheese is my and my peer's favorite overall cottage cheese!

@LindaOHio Sodium is in almost everything, and if it's not, people will salt it to give it more flavor.
