Maybe. . .

Maybe we will see the northern lights tonight, here in Kansas. At least two sources have said it is possible, due to some blasts from the sun. Around ten p.m. we are to look out to the horizon. We plan to do that. Just shut off all the lights as we have two huge picture windows facing north. If they are to be seen we will see them. Have you ever seen the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis)? Are they common for you? I believe there is a similar phenomena in the southern hemisphere, but it's name escapes me. Have you seen them? ( Aurora Australis. . .I checked).

We lived right on Lake Erie for 7 years and saw the Northern Lights one evening. It was amazing. Have a good day.

I forgot about them. I saw them once when I was a child.

We've seen the aurora australis once and apparently it was visible last night. I must remember to look out tonight just in case.
