The Oxford City Council has been granted permission to ban 'irritating people.' I bet. Any number of them as well. I have seen first hand some of the irratators. Well, good luck to them, I say. It's about time. England has some social behavior laws for sure. Don't think there are those laws here, it's the Wild Wild West. Do you wish you could ban irritating people?

Sounds good. I guess the victims have to report irritating people to the authorities. Right?

@Beestring I think they would be asked to follow some formal manner like a html form to do so.

That's a GOOD thing, cause I could fill up a cell in no time for all the 1's I have ran into in my life time.

The problem with this is that what's irritating is entirely subjective, so how would they reasonably enforce this? Just saying.

Exactly how would they.

I at times wish that I need not be asked to work with those guys. Or get them restricted. Banniing might instead make their minds more in a negative orientation.

What is the definition of irritation in this instance?

I'd like to know how they define 'irritating people'. I know I irritate some people.

What might be irritating to some folk might be just fine with others.

Irritating people should be banned. There are a lot of them around.

Irritating people can often prick one awake from a slumbering life of non-purpose, and lazing around, so at least they needle us into action, at times, and so serve a purpose, of some sort too.

Who determines what is irritating? What irritates me may not you. Just curious. And yes, those that do irritate me I would love to ban
