Somehow I hurt my right shoulder. If I put it in just the right position sudden pain hits. It seems sore from the top of the should down about halfway. Darn it! If I have eaten I might take an Aleve but, if not I just rub in some Aspercrème. My grandson advised me to try rolling my shoulders. That does help. Don't you just hate those aggravating pains like this? They aren't major but just enough to topple you off your game. Makes me crazy. And, I was already loony.

Any unknown or sudden pain elevates my anxiety so I really hate them, I hope your pain goes away and you feel much better,

I hate when that happens, too.

@kobesbuddy ......So you are accident-prone? I'm not very co-ordinated myself.

It seems like every day that I age there is a new pain. I hope your shoulder is better today.

I'm not too sure if this will help any, but I have a problem with my neck that if I sleep on it wrong my shoulder will hurt and if I move it just "wrong" it will hurt all the way down my shoulder into my wrist and hand. I worry about it a bit too much because my neurologist told me long ago that it could eventually end up causing an arm and shoulder to go totally and completely bad. I kind of have a feeling that you're like me and you might need to replace your pillow to get proper alignment between your head, neck and shoulders. Not that I'm trying to sell pillows, but it's been 7 years since I replaced mine and I'm over due. I usually only use mine for a maximum of 5 years.

I think I slept with two pillows and that is why. I use two during the early hours and then take it away when I am ready to sleep. Sometimes I fall asleep before taking the second away.
