Ever heard of the Backer System?

Our country has been having troubles with the increase in unemployment, but many of the unemployed believes that the root cause of the unemployment is the practice of the Backer System.
The Backer System refers to the non-compliance of the mandated hiring process by the employer or the employer's personnel in view of their existing ties with the applicant.
Unlike the other applicants, I remain faithful that not all employers are practicing the Backer System. However, as time goes by and as the number of rejected applications increase, my faith is slowly crumbling to dust.
How can a country lift itself up when it can't even lift its people up?

It's tough to see how the backer system affects job seekers in our country, making it harder for many to find work. While not all employers do this, it's frustrating when unfair practices seem to be everywhere. It's normal to feel discouraged, but holding onto hope and continuing to believe in fairness is important. Change might take time, but by staying determined and seeking support, we can work towards a better job market where everyone has a fair chance. Keep pushing forward!

Thank you so much for this.
I really do hope that my faith won't go into shambles. I pray that I finally encounter an employer who does not look at whose hands the applicant have shook, but what an applicant's hands have accomplished.

That's very true.
A country would effectively and efficiently develop if the people in-charge and its personnel are all competent for the position, and the majority would be empowered to become better if they see that all those who excel at something are greatly valued.

True. Many people are suffering because of that system. Others just lost all hope.

Maintaining faith in the integrity of the hiring process can be difficult in the face of such systemic issues. However, it's important to remember that not all employers engage in these unfair practices. Seeking out companies with transparent and merit-based hiring processes may offer some hope in navigating this difficult landscape.

It is truly difficult, but I do keep my hopes up that there really are employers who do not look at the existing ties of an applicant.

Don't worry! You're not alone. I can feel the job hunting hard to work on. Why not try to find a job somewhere else nearby in your home? Always be confident with yourself. I hope that you can finally find a job!

That matter has been raised to the government for many years. Yet, these all fell on deaf ears.
Rather than work on solutions to help the people, they instead get busy in giving mere verbal advice which no longer works in view of the current social and economic set up of the country.
