Once again, it's Sunday. The All-Star open is playing, followed by the All-star race. A no holds bard stockcar race where drivers can can go bat-sh crazy and have a lot of fun doing it. It marks the halfway point of the racing season. Time sure has flown by.
I'll be setting up to take my weekly bath and hair wash, and George is happly watching the races. I may vacate the couch following my bath just to get a break from it.

Don't know about that, but racing seems to have suffered a lot of deaths.

@kobesbuddy Yeah, I know. It was unavoidable, though. He hit the wall just before the end of the race here in Daytona. It's not like anyone could've predicted it would've happened, nor that it would kill him. I don't think they knew in the moment, either.

Yeah. George is active and can do a lot for himself (even if he thinks he can't), but raceday is usually the best time to take a bath because I'm not flipping the t.v. channels every half hour or two hours. George could use the remote, himself, but he gets easily confused and then frustrated. So he'd rather me do it for him.

This will be something nice for you and George to enjoy! We never watch stockcar races, but my ex son-in-law was crazy about these races

I hate it, but it keeps him happy and quiet. He tells me when he's going out, and he comes and goes as he wants.
