Should I tell my friend to backoff?

A friend of mine always complains about her sister not doing what she should for her children but spending all her money on herself. My friend constantly spends her money on her neices and nephew and complains about it later. Should I tell her what I really think, which is to STOP BEING A FOOL!I don't want to hurt my friends feelings, but I'm tired of hearing about it.
