How can I learning english well??

My english is poor,so I do not like speak english as usual.But now,I leave school to work,and I find that english is very impornt for me.So I want to learn english well.who can give me some good advice?

Thats a bid question.
I know that Chinese put lots of energy in learning english but achieved poor result.
Language is nothing but a tool for communication!
So try to communicate with english:
reading
listening
watching
chatting
talk
you ll get it!
