Have You Written a Will?

With our busy schedule and all uncertainties in this day and age we would probably not have thought about writing out a will. Over in my part of the country, there are now dedicated will writers who charge a fee to have your will written up. You could also write up your own will as I understand it, but would entail a lot of meticulous details which you wouldn't want to miss. For example, "I leave my house to my husband and all it's belongings". What may be contested later is, you mentioned the house. What about the land that it occupies? Who gets the land? Interesting isn't it? But this did get me turned off writing my own will. LOL! I'd probably pay that premium fee to have it done by professionals, but what do YOU think? Pauline.
