when u feel that someone is very important to you, that someone is always there for you. When u feel that someone is willing to give everything to you, when u feel that someone is giving his life to you. Can this be love?

It can be. Or it can be someone who is a good friend. Time will tell and always communicate. I say if you think someone likes you and you like him...GO FOR IT!!!
