Lost of trust?

I have been married to my husband for 10 yrs, and he has so many times about so many things, now I feel like I cannot trust a word he says, I find myself questioning him on almost everythig, this cant be healthy and I have tried to talk to him about it, but he just blows me off and acts like he has nothing to say, I feel like our connection has borken, any advice?

It's natural to doubt his sincerity especially if he is not making an effort to listen to you. For starters I would be completely honest with him and tell him what you told us. She what's bothering him. If he's not willing to communicate then certainly get some outside help.

may be he is going through some tension .. may be office stress or financial problem.. try to identify and see to it if u can do something for him... trust and you will get the trust back

Try marriage counseling. If talking to him personally doesn't work then you need some other outside help. if you feel the marriage is worth saving

instead of getting this feeling, you try to get involved into his tension and you will come to know better
