I go to Church when I feel my heart hard and confess to the priest.Now there is a period in my religion Christian where we have a period where Christians are forbidden to eat meat products,milk,eggs and animal origin food.After this period we go to church and confess for the Christmas period where we are blessed for the time we had taken over this period for God.Best wishes
