mine is from the movie rang de basanti,it is a social problem related movie and the dialogue is "ab bhi jiska khoon na khaula woh khoon nahi paani hain,jo desh ke kaam na aaye woh bekaar javani hain"....
It means that even after seeing the movie which depicts the social problems relating corrupt polotician ,u have no feeling to do something for ur country,then your blood is not blood ,but water and ur youth is wasteful....
great movie.......

i like the dialog of hrithik in kabhi kushi kabhi gham...the one he thinks during cricket match...
"agar zindagi mein kucha banna ho....
kucha paana hai....aur kuch haasil karna ho..
pehale apne dil se poocho
agar dil se to jawab nahi aaya toh
apna ankhe bandh karna aur apna mummy papa ka naam yaad karna
phir dekhna
har mushkil aasaan ho jayega"

yeh frm sanjay dutt in mnna bhai"bole tu apni khopri main kuch sakajh main nahin arela aa baap"i often copy this dialogue in ma daily life!

The best dialogue is
Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahin.... namumkin hai!!
which means
It is not difficult to catch Don.... its impossible!

Dude I guess there is another sarcastic dialogue in the movie " humara ek paiir past mein hai aur doosra future mein isliye toh hum present peh muth rahien hai" sharp sarcastic tone. Did you know that the scriptwriter rensil almost took three years to write it and was rejected by many as they thought that the movie is too experimental !!!!!!!!!!!
