Would you strip search your Mcdonalds employee if a cop told you too?

I was watching 20/20 and saw a report on a Mcdonalds in the U.S. where an employee was stripsearched for supposedly stealing a purse. A man posing as a cop called the manager of Mcdonalds and told her to strip search her employee. Her employee also ended up doing naked jumping jacks and proforming oral on the managers boyfriend. Would you have followed the "cops" orders like this woman did??
