I woke up and felt grumpy. Sometimes I sleep so tensely that when I wake up I hurt for awhile until my body unfurls. I have found that stretching my legs a lot really helps the right leg. That leg has a knee issue. Arthritis I guess. Sometimes it swells and hurts so badly to stand that I nearly cry. But, since I've been stretching it more it doesn't hurt as badly. I get so tired of the aging process. I am hearing such sad stories in the news about how ICE is treating people. One 82 year old man went to get his green card replaced after losing it and was arrested by ICE. They took him to that horrific place in Georgia I guess and then he was shipped off to something southern country. His family luckily found him in a hospital there. He has several health issues and they were very concerned about him. These ICE employees are such cowards and have no respect. They actually have masks on to do this dirty work that they do. I wonder how they sleep at night. I have not been listening to the usual news on YouTube. Usually I have 4 or 5 that I trust and listen to. But lately I just can't stand to hear what Trump is doing to our country. The thing that really rags on me is the fact that so many people still believe in this jerk. They don't seem to see the horrible things he is doing. Or they don't care. One Mylotter recently responded to a post of mine by giving me this long list of things Trump supposedly has done so far. But, this person could not assure me that Trump had actually been the one to make these things happen. For instance--Sure prices will fluctuate but can this person really say Trump is the cause? I don't think so. So many things like that. Some people are just so gullible and naive. I hope you are all feeling well and are enjoying the summer.
