There is no way they could make something like this mandatory. In a way some classes would probalby help. I think the only ones that should be mandatory and to do that Child Protective services would have to get involved would be for teen pregnancy. There are way to many teenagers pregnant nowadays.

I am always one for asking for help though, not ashamed to do that. SO don't get me wrong, classes for some people would be an excellent thing.

They could easily, easily make it mandatory. As soon as a woman goes in for pre-natal care, she's signed up. It's already illegal to endanger a fetus, so this would just fall under the jurisdiction of that law.

Yes. I think it should be required that parents to be and couples/people wanting to become parents should take classes and be tested. There are too many idiots out there who neglect there children or injure their children out of ignorance. I don't have kids and I don't want any, but it makes me sick to see how a good chunk of parents handle thier offspring.

I just see way to many teenagers pregnant. I was married when I had both of mine and almost had to send him home to get the marriage license to prove it so we didn't have to fill out extra paperwork. Apparently no one has children IN wedlock anymore.
