Hello everyone, how are you doing?
Any of you that have been following my trying to conceive journey know that I have been waiting for blood work results from my OB and to have an ultrasound.
I think I may have shared about the blood work results actually in a recent discussion. What I didn't share is that the hospital called to schedule the ultrasound finally (just yesterday) and I was able to get in to the ultrasound lab today.
I had two different kinds of ultrasounds actually - one that was a regular one, the other was internal. The regular one kind of hurt because of how hard the lady was pressing with the device. The internal one was weird....but didn't really hurt.
The results came back pretty quickly. I could read them on my portal, but I didn't understand them really. I guess they were no issues though because the OB prescribed the ovulation meds. Also a thyroid med.
I just hope all together they will work and we can give Eli a sibling. If it does work, it does have higher chances I could have twins because it is a hyper ovulation medication. I wouldn't be opposed to that though as we would like more than just one more.
We'll see how it all goes. Should I continue updates on this topic? Just curious if anyone is interested in hearing more.

Yes, although doesn't really explain why I have had trouble.
Just hope it works with the meds.

@celticeagle True, unless it just is something they haven't checked out yet. They haven't tested everything possible. Unless maybe it is my thyroid being a bit too high

Well I know this has all I have been really sharing about lately, so not sure if anybody still wants to listen to this (or I guess read about). I've never done what is right for it really, that's why I am struggling with fertility and over 100 lbs overweight. Should have been trying to lose the weight this past year and maybe I wouldn't have struggled, but hard to lose weight when it is painful to move around.

Even though your wordings kind of camouflage things and you do not try to make it appear so, I can sense the hard work, effort you have been putting to have another baby.
Such a journey can be painful at times also. Our mind can play games of all sorts.
In short, wish you all the best. All the medications, Ultrasound and your hard work ought to pay you back, nothing less.
Blessings to you, Eli and whole of your family!

My wordings camouflage things? I thought I was pretty to the point with everything that was going on lol.
I've probably not worked hard enough honestly, maybe I wouldn't need medical help if I did.

Me too, just hope they work. But not sure since it is a low dose.

Of course we want to hear and support you with well wishes and prayers. It may be something they have not looked for, but is lingering there in the background. It would be neat for you to have healthy twins.

That is nice to hear, just not sure that anyone cared. I know it is not a topic for everyone. What, the reason for not conceiving might be in the background? But yes, I think twins would be nice....but it is of course a risk and a worry if they'll both grow and be born healthy...

Well I didn't know how much would be too much info...you know? But I want to share getting a positive....how each month goes...etc... I did that somewhere else when I was carrying Eli, but would have here if I had known about the place at the time.
