Dog reunites with his owner five years later in Texas

Officials with the Beaumont Animal Care Center saw a male pit bull named Randy that was seen running near a cemetery on Tuesday September 30 that was near the shelter.
Since the dog had a microchip on him, the animal shelter employees were able to contact Christian Gonzales who is a resident of Cleveland Texas received the good news that Randy who vanished from home in December 2020 when Christan and his relatives went on vacation.
The location where was found was around 80 miles from where Randy disappeared.
It is a miracle that despite being away from home for nearly five years, Randy lost weight but is in good health after coming home to be with his owners and their other dog Maggie.
