I am busy watching a very intense episode of a series I'm watching. All of a sudden out of no where I hear sirens. OH, NO THEIR GOING TO GET CAUGHT! After a few moments I realize it's outside on the main drag. Whoa! Have you ever had this happen to you? Some days we have a lot of sirens going by.

Not quite the same thing but one time when I was at Juanita's I was on my laptop listening to music and wondered why I couldn't turn it off when I hit mute... see, at home, I listen through the laptop if I'm online. But at Juanita's, it was the clock radio that was playing...

On rare occasions in my neighborhood police sirens are heard driving their autos. When it does happen, it does get my attention.

Every few days I hear screamers on the streets. I live two blocks off a main street.

We rarely hear sirens here. I have a scanner; but I don't use it anymore because it rarely goes off.

The other way around. The show I watch has sirens in it. Also will get a phone go off or noise in the background that makes me think someone is in my home. Does that happen to you sometimes?
