my friend is weak in english.. he has to attend his interviews next month?? how can i help him

Ask him to read more english book specially corporate one. Ask him also to watch more english movie for him to get familiarize more in english language.

1. There are some crash courses conducted by LONDON SCHOOL OF ENGLISH SPEAKING, get him admitted for a course 2. Listen to BBC world news for correct pronouciation and usage of idioms and phrases. 3. Read THE HINDU newspaper daily with a pocket dictionary to find out the meaning of difficult english words 4. Listen to Radio news and listen to FM stations for common english usage.

Find a website that has interview questions on it and practice them with him. Try to speak to him in as much English as possible and make him respond to you in English. If you keep talking to him in English and he has to return in English that in and of itself will help him out. You may also want to help him with his written English. Make sure he understand what is being asked of him and what he is saying. I find that people whose second language is English cannot really comprehend it and that is a big problem.
