Tom's truck needed a Thermostat and I needed to go to the bank, so I went to a branch of my bank close to O'Reilleys so I could pick up his Thermostat. Last night when he said he needed to go get that part, I thought he was going to drive my van there and I could stay home. NOPE. There is a store I used to go to up in that same area that I bought Cigs and Lotto. But I quit getting my Cigs there and the last time I was there, they didn't seem very happy to see me....Oh Well! So today I went on down to WinnDixie and got my Lotto tickets. They changed the store around, so I walked around. Found some interesting Salsas and Salad Dressings I have never seen in there before. I guess Aldi is adding some of their stuff in WinnDixie since they bought them out. I made Roast Beef, potatoes, Carrots and onions in the Crock pot. Changed the recipe as Tom said maybe I should put Beef Broth in it. I have to say that was the WORST Roast I have ever made. Back to the old recipe next time.
