What you might ask. A medical video entitled "5 Subtle Signs a Elderly Person May Be in Their Final Year." Yah, ugh! huh? But better I know than go forward ignorant.
The list is as follows:
* Social interactions
* Appetite
* Increased fatigue
* Loss of mobility
* Loss of Interest in daily activities
The 4th one is the only one I am concerned about. It hasn't been a "subtle change". Being able to process spatial information is becoming an issue, and I really need to step it up and get some exercise. I'll work on that. I haven't retreated from the future. The doctor spoke about mitochondrial disfunction and I will be looking into this more.
Are you in your 70s?(I' m 74)What do you think?

I don't think everyone goes through those things.

For sure I have more fatigue and sleep issues. Social interactions? I try to go to the pool twice and a week- folks there aren't my friends but they are there and mostly friendly. Loss of mobility? I continue to go to the pool and do gardening chores like dragging hoses to water gardens. Aging is not for sissies.

You sound strong and seem very with it. No, aging isn't for sissies. So true.

@celticeagle I wish I was strong. Thanks by the way. I hate how I feel the need to hang onto fences or whatever as I pull the water hose. The gardens keep me going. They're my kids.

I see a lot of these with Bob. I have never been overly social in real life, but do well on the computer. Like you, I need the exercise.
