Have you ever made pizza?

My husband has been practicing making a decent pizza. He bought a pizza stone on Amazon and made pizza several times. I am not a pizza snob, so any pizza is delicious to me.But my husband was not happy with his pizza. So, recently he bought a pizza steel on Amazon. He tried it a couple of times. He seemed more satisfied with his pizza because it wasn't soggy.When I asked him if he was happy with his last pizza, he said, "Well, I can still do better." I asked myself, when will he ever settle? Well, he wants to be able to make an authentic Italian pizza.

I’ve made a few pizzas but I could definitely do with a pizza stone. I put mine on a baking tray and it doesn’t cook underneath properly. A pre-heated stone is meant to be the answer. That’s what I thought until I read your discussion. Now I’ll have to investigate the steel. Hmmmm

Pizza making is quite easy.
Authentic Italian Pizza , not so easy.
We use a simple dough and an electric oven
Pizza cones out ok, but it's definitely not authentic Italian Pizza
Why not suggest that he makes Pizza authentic to him.
