Puppy nappies not needed

I wrote about my brother-in-law and his wife getting a new cavoodle puppy. My sister-in-law said they’d bought a bed, collar, lead and other bits and pieces including puppy nappies. I’d never heard of such a thing. They were a bit like baby nappies but with a hole for the tail.
Their daughter delivered the puppy yesterday and we caught up with her today. She told us the puppy is already toilet-trained so that’s very good news. The nappies won’t be needed unless perhaps they are used when she comes in heat.
The photo is another of mine but again, not of their puppy. This one lives two doors down the road and had just had a haircut.

It's good the puppy is already potty trained.
That's not something I'd want to deal with, personally.

The pet aisle in our supermarket is longer than the baking aisle!

It's good that it's already trained for that. That can be very frustrating trying to teach a dog that.

I wouldn't want to be bothered with puppy nappies either.

An adorable little puppy ! I haven't seen such puppy nappies with hole on them.
