Hey everyone, how are you all doing? No, it has not been a full week since I started, but I want my weigh in day to be on Fridays. Next time though it will be a full week. Anyways - how did I do the first couple days? Starting weight - 242 This morning - 234 That is down 8 pounds. Yes, I know it is mostly water weight...but even getting that much fluid off helps a lot. Today we got food from the fish truck that came to town, so no I was not carnivore today. Fish and chips was the meal. I had a protein shake before that to get some extra protein in. Approximate macros: 1,240 calories, 71 carbs, 49 fat, 85 protein. I couldn't weigh the fish I got, so the protein in the meal is just based on the estimate they gave on the website. My blood sugar has been a bit higher today because of that meal, but I think the peak got to the 170s. So, what do you think of the weigh in and everything?

If Friday is your cheat day and you keep it limited to one meal you will still do great. You have a good start

It will usually be every other Saturday I have a cheat. This was an extra cheat day because the fish truck was in town. I still lost weight with that meal. Today is a bigger cheat though. Only going to have the one meal, but allowing a couple treats lol
