Hello everyone, how are you all doing?
I know, I didn't get back on last night to share how I am doing/what I ate. But I will share both yesterday's meals and today's now.
Yesterday:
Meal 1 - more of the chicken cordon bleu casserole that I made
Drink/snack - Spylt caffeinated chocolate milk (with protein)
Meal 2 - the last of the cheesy chicken I made the other day
Snack - a bit of butter (to get my calories up more)
Macros: - 1,175 calories, 10 carbs, 82 fat, 97 protein
This was a better day calories wise I think. Also, protein and fat were both pretty good.
Today:
Meal 1 - Spam and Eggs - one of the eggs had 2 yolks!
Meal 2 - quarter pound smash burger patty, slice of cheese, 4 slices of bacon
Meal 3 - protein shake
Yes, spam can be carnivore, it is just not "clean" carnivore which I am not doing right now.
Macros: Calories - 1,258, Carbs - 9, Fat - 94, Protein - 92
So this was a better day macros wise even. I also did see my blood sugar come down after the burger patty and bacon. Could be the shredded cheese making it go up before since that has some bad things in it. Going to try to only have cheese I shred myself, or slices that are cleaner. I know I said I am not doing the cleanest version of carnivore, but if I suspect something is messing with me I will try and test that theory.
So, what do you think of the past 2 days? I have one more day to do my best till I do another weigh in. Hoping to get down a bit more. This week definitely was not as good as the first. I won't be having a cheat this weekend though.

Is that what the anti-stick stuff is? I have heard that product coming on the tubs of parmesan cheese.

@AmbiePam Well sometimes it does not seem to affect my sugars or weight...but not something that should be eaten lol.

No it definitely has not been. I need to stick with it for life for my health no matter how hard.
