China's Xi Jin Ping is arriving in Washington DC today for a 2 day state visit. The major media networks typically rotate covering the welcomes, the remarks, etc. Well after Trump banned 3 of them from the White House last week 5 of them have declined to fill in the slots in a show of solidarity with the other outlets. He was delivering remarks the other day about the new helipad on the White House lawn. It was hilarious because you could see him speaking in front of workers but you couldn't hear him because there were no microphones there. Well today the TV pool will not be there to cover Xi's arrival. Trump loves to be on TV and to be seen at these big moments and that is not going to happen today. Poor baby. Of course he will get on his stupid social media site and whine about the networks not being there. Of course he will. The 3 banned networks argued in court today for the restoration of their access. The judge concluded the hearing by saying that he would rule as quickly as he could. He might issue something today or it might be tomorrow. . . but Trump's big welcoming moment will not be seen tonight.
