do you workout everyday?..do give some pointers to maintain a good physique!

i manage to workout once in a while..do you have some solid pointers on how to maintain strong well cut abs and biceps?..please share em here

Pilates work great for my abs. I dont know of many guys that do pilates though. :D

i think workouts should be regular else its of no use .. and for biceps i think regular push ups are gr8

will recomend u the that with exercise take a diet full of protens and carbohydrates,take bananas for example before and after arms exercise Ur bi-ceps schdule is 1.start ur biceps with barbell;make 4 to 5 sets with weight going from lower to higher, take support from a friend; starting weight 6 and then go increasing ur weight with a fixed ratio 2.then go to dumbell on incline bench with a bit heavy weight make 4 sets in this position 3. after that go on to concentration curl with dumbell make three sets 4. after this make standing or sitting dumbell curl(normal) make 4 sets with a bit heavy dumbells. for abs do squats with light wts i.e more reps(25-35),follow it by sit ups(around 50 reps),then go for leg raises,next do inclined crunches..then finish it off with regular crunches.... give a break next day and go for outdoor jogging....follow this routine and see some changes...dont have heavy meals in the night...and have ur dinner 1-2 hrs before going to sleep ....avoid junk food and softdrinks...
