When you are in real love why there will be any reason to get tensed. In fact you will feel all the emotions of the person you love. You yourself care for his/her well-being. If one of you gets into trouble the other will feel for it. This is just a small effort on my part to explain love. There is certainly no Tension

Ask urself in the first place. U terribly sound deeply hurt u have been thru this phase but u dont want to accept it.It takes a big heart to digest separation/rejection.Face reality dont run away. This is for ur own betterment for near future love.
