lost on net

I have so many things going on the net I have no idea how to set it up so that i'm in one place with a connection to all my other places. how can i do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ive got a page, a blog, a group, a space, a lot, a cafe, a community etc. all here and there, how can i link them to say a central hub like mylot?
