In a boy? I'm probably first taken by the eyes, although personality can be a quick turn on or off!

There's no general answer to give and extending further would only give you an idea of what I liked/or something else. One woman could love hands another could love necks. You'll never get a woman the same as another, just as you won't men.
It extents beyond looks also, although obviously looks can have the ability to attract, they're not always the first noticable assest.
