Do you think energy drinks really work? / myLot

I drink lucozade and i dont really think that it gives me energy, does anyone else feel the same as me, or do these drinks give you energy?

Care should be given to what you ingest. Drinks with caffeine will you give you a boost, but sometimes will let you down hard.

No not at all. Only if you run a marathon. Otherwise you don't need them.
